Let me give you some suggestions that I will be trying out today and the next week. I asked my challengers to help come up with some ideas, so I am including them in here too because they really had some good ones.
- Leave the situation. {Go for a walk, play with your kids/grandkids}
- Distract yourself by calling a friend.
- Work on a favorite hobby.
- Drink some water.
- Chew gum
- Sit by the campfire.
- Read a book or magazine.
- Tell yourself a slip-up doesn't have to be a major setback.

Clean/organize a part of the house you have been wanting to do or listen to music and dance like crazy :) (I do this with my girls so it doesn't look too weird)
